EEOC Sues Sureste Property Group for Race Discrimination

ATLANTA – Sureste Property Group and its divisions, Sureste Property Services and Sureste Development Group, an integrated real estate operating company and asset management firm, violated federal law when it terminated a Black employee because of his race, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today.

MIAMI – Kristen M. Foslid, a 14-year attorney with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), was appointed regional attorney for EEOC’s Miami District effective April 21, the federal agency announced today.

Jacobson Memorial Hospital to Pay $45,000 in EEOC Retaliation Lawsuit

BISMARCK, N.D. – Jacobson Memorial Hospital Care Center, a critical access hospital in Elgin, North Dakota, will pay $45,000 and provide other relief to settle a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) retaliation lawsuit, the federal agency announced today.
