IHOP Franchisee Pays $125,000 to Settle EEOC Sexual Harassment Lawsuit

BALTIMORE – Koerner Management Group, Inc. (KMG), which operates IHOP restaurants in Maryland and Virginia, has agreed to pay $125,000 and provide significant injunctive and other non-monetary relief to settle a sexual harassment lawsuit filed against the company by the U.S. Equal Employment Oppor­tunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.

Eagle Services to Pay $100,000 to Resolve EEOC National Origin and Race Discrimination Charge

CHICAGO – Eagle Services, an industrial and environmental cleaning service with locations in Illinois and Indiana, will pay $100,000 in monetary relief to a class of affected employees to voluntarily resolve an employment discrimination charge filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

Lowe’s to Pay $700,000 to Settle EEOC Sexual Harassment Discrimination Lawsuit

PHOENIX -- Lowe’s, a nationwide hardware and home improvement company, will pay $700,000 and furnish other relief to settle a sexual harassment discrimination lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the agency announced today.

EEOC to Hold Commission Meeting Sept. 22 on Future Enforcement Priorities
