EEOC Sues Baumann Farms for Sexual Harassment, National Origin Discrimination and Retaliation

MILWAUKEE – A major agricultural company in central Wisconsin, Baumann Farms, violated civil rights law when it subjected female employees to a hostile work environment, and then fired them in retaliation for opposition to sexual harassment, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed in Wisconsin today. EEOC Files Three Racial Harassment Lawsuits Against Pennsylvania And West Virginia Employers

PHILADELPHIA – Four companies, one in West Virginia and three in Pennsylvania, violated federal law by subjecting their Black employees to racially hostile work environments and other unlawful discrimination, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in three separate lawsuits filed today.

EEOC Scores Summary Judgment Win Against Stan Koch & Sons Trucking in Sex Discrimination Case

MINNEAPOLIS – A federal judge has ruled as a matter of law that Stan Koch & Sons Trucking violated federal law by using a strength test developed by Cost Reduction Technologies because it discriminates against women truck drivers, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced today. EEOC Sues Agropur for Disability Discrimination

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Agropur, Inc., a diary processor and U.S. subsidiary of Canadian-based Agropur Cooperative, has been sued by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) for failing to provide a disabled employee with a reasonable accommodation, which resulted in her discharge, the federal agency announced today. First Watch Resolves Employment Discrimination Charges with EEOC

NORFOLK, Va. -- First Watch, a restaurant chain headquartered in Bradenton, Florida, has agreed to conciliate employment discrimination charges with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.
