Elevation Labs Sued by EEOC for Retaliation

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho — Elevation Labs, LLC, formerly known as Northwest Cosmetics Labs, violated federal law by retaliating against an employee for raising allegations of race discrim­ination, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit it filed in federal court today.

EEOC Sues Liberty Oilfield Services for Race and National Origin Discrimination

ODESSA, Texas – Liberty Energy, Inc. doing business as Liberty Oilfield Services, LLC, subjected three mechanics to discrimination and harassment at an Odessa, Texas facility, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today.

William Beaumont Hospital Sued by EEOC for Disability Discrimination

DETROIT – William Beaumont Hospital, doing business as Beaumont Health System, operators of Beaumont Hospital, located in Wayne, Michigan, failed to accommodate an employee with a disability, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit it filed today.

EEOC Sues Walmart for Disability Discrimination

PHOENIX – A Walmart store in Bullhead City, Arizona violated federal law by failing to provide a reasonable accommodation for a cashier who has a seizure disorder, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit it filed yesterday.

Pilot Plastics Conciliates EEOC Sex Discrimination and Retaliation Finding

Community Hospital Sued by EEOC for Disability Discrimination

INDIANAPOLIS – The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) today announced a suit it filed against Munster Medical Research Foundation, Inc., operators of Community Hospital, located in Munster, Indiana, for failing to accommodate an employee with a disability.
