Small businesses may be able to prevent and correct discrimination without conducting lengthy, elaborate or expensive training sessions.


Providing simple, straightforward information about your discrimination rules and policies may:

  • Remind employees and managers about their responsibilities;
  • Prevent discrimination; and
  • Enable managers to quickly identify and resolve potential problems, when necessary.
