Commercial Activities Inventory - FY 2001

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is making available for public review our FY 2001 Commercial Activities Inventory in accordance with the Federal Activities Inventory Reform Act of 1998 (the FAIR ACT). The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular No. A-76 defines a commercial activity as "one which is operated by a Federal executive agency and which provides a product or service that could be obtained from a private source." The identification by EEOC of commercial activities in this inventory is not intended to indicate that EEOC will contract out any of these functions.
